I’m excited to present to you REBECCA - one of my Fabulous 50!

Rebecca wanted to participate in something that would make women over 50 feel special.

Like most women she was apprehensive because she had gained some weight and “not feeling so great about myself”. But the experience of the day “made me feel like I was well taken care of and it was okay, that everything was going to be fine. And it just went really smooth”.

What advice would she give her 20 year-old self? It's okay, don’t worry about the weight. We're so much more than who we are, that we're so much more than our bodies. In your 50’s you’ll be healthy,  can climb mountains, can take the dogs for the walk,I can do belly dancing and yoga I can do everything. Keep it up.

As for the future, Rebecca hopes to write a book that supports moms and teens struggling with anxiety, that helps them with their thoughts, realizing they don’t have to feel that way. Things are OK.

“And I feel like I have to get out and hike more.”
